如果你觉得实在是很难说出一些情绪,你可以尝试用第二语言谈论感情。当使用第二语言时,人们能更容易聊起原本难以启齿的话。因为第二语言更少地会激起人们下意识的羞耻感。当人们用第二语言描述情感时,他们仿佛与自己隔了一层,正是这种距离让人们更容易理性地自我分析与表达。下次觉得谈论情绪很不舒服时,可以切换成第二语言沟通。
除了口头表达外,我们也可以试着用其他方式表达情绪,例如写作、绘画等方式。选择一种让你最舒服的方式开始表达。而且,文字与画面可以保存,可以看到情绪表达能力的进步,也能在日后追查到某段时间里情绪的变化,更有利于情绪管理。
